Everyone can draw – it is as natural to us as breathing – if we allow it to be.
Drawing can creates a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. Through mindful drawing, we can experience well-being and satisfaction.
These sessions will lead you through creative activities and and playful drawing exercises, that will not only teach you to draw but will also allow you to give your minds some space.
Whether you are a complete beginner, an enthusiast or a more experienced drawer, you are most welcome to come and experience Drawing for Mindfulness with Alex Jakob-Whitworth and all its possibilities and opportunities.
We will use Zoom – all security featured are enabled; details on request – and I am quite happy helping you to set up Zoom on your own device. Log in details after booking.
