Every Thursday morning 10am – 12pm.
This was originally at Scotby, near Carlisle – but is currently online.
Distance is of no matter via video! Sessions are £15 each for two hours.
There is an option to pay for four classes in a block at £50, making a saving. Please make contact or book if you would like to join in. All welcome.
